VimpelCom Ltd.’s reporting structure is divided into five business units – Europe and North America, Russia, Ukraine, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and Africa and Asia, all of which report to the Company’s headquarters in Amsterdam.

The Company’s Board of Directors approved this reporting structure in April, 2011 following the completion of the combination of VimpelCom Ltd. with Wind Telecom. The structure is designed to support the strategic initiatives of the overall Company and its individual business units, all while maintaining a lean and flexible enterprise focused on delivering shareholder returns.
